Can’t believe i gotta write this but my family’s been with spectrum for years. Price raised from 50 a month to 100 out of nowhere for months and customer service couldnt provide anything. Finally changed services and now they want to give discounts, and when i say id still like to cancel, they raise their voice?? At me?? For cancelling? Miss if you dont just cancel my service and mind your behavior. I get its your job and I might sound like ive got a mean streak going but seriously? Couldn’t cancel my service for over 10 minutes because she kept trying to reason and offer me stuff I didnt want. Cant remember how many times I said to please just cancel it before she finally let up. Learn to take your fallouts man. Geez. Putting that aside, overall service like wifi was fine, but it did go out at times. Anyone trying to get with spectrum, read the plans and offers carefully and see if it fits for your home. Thats all.

We had a great experience at this Spectrum location, thanks to Santiago. He made our phone upgrade and trade-in process easy & efficient, and he was friendly & knowledgeable throughout our visit. What stood out most was how professionally he handled a difficult situation with another customer who was being disruptive in the middle of the store. Even while de-escalating the situation, he remained calm, respectful, and focused on helping us without missing a beat. This location is about an hour from where I live, but I’m grateful they were open when many other locations were closed for the holiday. Santiago provided excellent customer service, and I hope he’s recognized for the professionalism he showed today.

Went into the store, expecting to not have a good experience however Santiago gave us stellar customer service. Not only did he get us to get a mobile line. He also lowered our monthly cable and Internet bill, wonderful insight and input from a service person that cares. Ask for Santiago next time you go to this location you won’t go wrong!!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Every time I have come to this location they are always extremely slow with minimal customers in the store and today was no different. I came in to return some equipment per the Instructions of the spectrum representative I spoke with over the phone. I signed in and waited to be assisted. The rep working there told me I could just drop off the equipment. I told him no due to the fact that I’m being charged for the equipment that I have never used and wanted to make sure that everything was cancelled. He called the next customer and I’m standing right in his View because I was the next person to be assisted. Another customer came in to drop off equipment just as I was doing and signed in after Me. Once the rep was finished with the customer ahead of me, he never called my name and he went about working on his computer. I patiently waited for him to call me as I assumed he was finishing up the last customers transaction. The rep proceeds to finish up and calls the man’s name that came after me. I looked at the rep and said I was next and then he tells the other customer I’ll get you once I’m finished with her. What he did was very u

I was able to get some help from Chris today and he was perfect! Helped me with my initial problem and when asked about how much I paid for internet, I told him and he thought it shouldn’t have jumped up, even when I upgraded! Glad he asked because I was going to pay extra! Again, Chris was super wonderful and I hope this company continues to keep and appreciate him! I will be coming back to this location for all my service needs!!
